An Outstanding Experience
At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their A Nails & Spa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
- REFUND :A Nails & Spa does not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or Gift Certificates purchased. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to us to discuss further details.
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary. If you are unhappy with your service please let us know so we can make it right. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do but you have to tell us immediately what you are not satisfy during the time you are getting your service done. Also, please notice that we will not re-do your service with no cost if our technician has confirmed and clear with you about your nails during the time service is going on.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
- NAIL REPAIRED :
We provides a 3-days guarantee period on all services in which you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge! However, it is at A Nails & Spa discretion!
If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by an error in application, chemistry error, or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service!
Any additional repairs required outside of the 3-day time frame will be subject to an additional charge.
- NAIL FILL POLICY :
Maintenance should be performed on Gel Nail Enhancement services every 3-weeks to ensure the integrity of your service and the health of your natural nails.
Due to an increased product cost and increased appointment time required for maintenance on Gel Nail Enhancements, those individuals who wish to receive or exceed a 4-week maintenance schedule will be charged for a Full Set ($45&up).
There may be exceptions to this policy, as we understand that the rate of natural nail growth may be different for every client. We ask that each client discuss this with us so we can make appropriate appointment arrangements.
- PUNCTUALITY :
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
Appointments/ Walk in:
We welcome walk in clients, but if availability is limited you may have a waiting period or to schedule an appointment. Appointment are made to provide convenient to your busy schedule. However frequent "no-show" might force us to no longer honor your appointment requests.
Running late or unable to keep your appointment we will do anything to accommodate you, please contact us to let us know or reschedule.
Changes:
Any nail lengths, shape or color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move to the next. Unfortunately, once you service is complete, we cannot go back to change your original choice or extra charges will be applied.
- PERSONAL ITEMS :
A Nails & Spa is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO :
We reserve the right to refuse service /appointment if you're 10 minutes late or more.
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
Diabetes Client: Please inform to our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
